Sun Cake is a popular Taiwanese dessert originally from the city of TaiChung. Suncakes are round and are characterised by flaky crusts, softness and fragrance. Most people eat them with either tea or coffee during the day.

Chang Pastry was founded in 1971 by Delly Chang in Taiwan. Due to family reasons, Ms. Delly migrated to Indonesia and extended her passion in bakery. Delly started out in a canteen bakery for bread and desserts provided for pre-schools in Surabaya-Indonesia. Due to malnutrition in Indonesia, Delly recognize the children needs high quality nutrients including protein, honey(energy) and abundant of vitamins and minerals. And thus Ms. Delly upgraded her recipe to be high in nutrients sun cake that is both Vegetarian and Halal. Now Chang Pastry can be found in Indonesia, Taiwan, Singapore and Malaysia.
