Pineapple cake is one of the Taiwanese desserts. The homonym is “Wang Lai”, which means auspicious prosperity. Chang Pastry uses pure pineapple to make the filling and paired with Western-style cookie puff pastry crust. Non-greasy as it tastes sweet and sour. Definitely worth a try!
